How to relax the unrelaxed mind?

If you are tired and experiencing heavy burdens or problems, the best thing you must do is to relaxed your mind.  Relaxing in a way that you set your mind in one thing that may help to prevent from thinking your problems. That one way depends on your self. Determine your likes. In that way you can encourage your mind to feel the real world. It is because the real world is full of problems and we must face it all. Face it with confidence and of course with a relaxed mind. If you have a  relaxed mind, you have all the guts to think the right decisions proper to solve the problems you have.
